The quality of food is possibly why you have chosen to look at this area of France. If not, then you will be surprised by the culinary delights on offer from our caterers. We are not just talking about the clichés - 'Fois Gras' or 'Magret of Duck a la Bordelaise', but more original dishes that your guests will probably never have the chance to eat again .For example spit roast wild boar, our chef marinades a locally sourced wild boar in a vat of red wine herbs and spices for 48 hours, before a glase is added whilst the boar is cooked.
