All aboard the TGV

Bordeaux's main TGV train station - Gare St Jean is only 20 minutes from Lagorce by car. We do however recommend anyone arriving by train to hire a car in advance for pickup at Gare St Jean, as the car rental companies operate less frequently from the gare.
If you are wanting a closer approach to the chateau then it is possible to change at Gare St Jean and take a local train to Portets, this is just 5 minutes drive from the chateau.
